We want you to be fully satisfied with your official PDC gear; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all darts and apparel are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all flights, shafts, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
